What we provide

We provide guidance, information and administrative assistance relating to admissions: help understanding what your score realistically opens up, help building a choice list, help preparing and checking documents, help meeting deadlines, and help with related matters such as education loans and accommodation.

What we do not provide, and cannot

• We do not allot seats. Seats in India are allotted by government counselling authorities and by institutions, under published rules and cut-offs. We have no role in that decision.
• We cannot guarantee admission to any course or institution, and we make no such promise. Anyone who promises you a guaranteed seat is either misunderstanding the process or misleading you.
• We are not an agent of any college or university unless we tell you so in writing for a specific case.
• We do not provide legal, financial or immigration advice.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information. Choice lists, eligibility and document checks are only as good as what you tell us. An incorrect score, category or date of birth can cost you a round.
• Supply genuine documents. Submitting a forged or altered document is a criminal offence, and we will stop acting for you immediately if we find one.
• Meet the deadlines we give you. We will tell you what is due and when, but only you can press submit on a form that requires your own credentials or presence.
• Check anything official yourself. We link to the official source for every deadline and notice we publish. Where our summary and the official notice disagree, the official notice is correct.

Fees

Counselling itself is free. Where any service carries a fee, the amount and what it covers will be told to you in writing before you commit to anything, and no fee is payable until you have agreed to it. Fees paid to government counselling authorities, universities and colleges are paid by you directly to them and are outside our control.

Accuracy of information on this website

Nothing on this website is a substitute for the current official notification, and we do not accept liability for a decision taken solely on the basis of a page here without checking the official source.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for failing to perform the services we have agreed to perform with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the outcome of a counselling round, for a seat not being allotted, for a change in rules or cut-offs, or for any loss arising from information you gave us that was incomplete or incorrect. Intellectual property

The text, design and illustrations on this website belong to ZICE Group of Education. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish them commercially without our permission.

Ending the engagement

You may stop using our services at any time. We may stop acting for you if you ask us to do something unlawful, if you supply a forged document, or if you behave abusively towards our staff. Where we end an engagement we will hand back your documents and tell you what has and has not been submitted on your behalf.

Governing law and jurisdiction
